HOW DO I USE CRANK CHOP?
Remove Crank Chop’s lid. Then, carefully remove the protective cover from the rotary blades. Place food inside the bowl. Put lid back on the bowl. Keep one hand securely on the lid, holding Crank Chop down. Pull the crank handle to start chopping. The more you crank, the finer the chop.
ARE THE BLADES BEVELED?
Each of Crank Chop’s blades is beveled on one side.

DO I NEED TO CUT FOOD PRIOR TO PLACING IT IN CRANK CHOP?

Crank Chop has a non-skid base to keep the unit in place on your counter. However, you should always hold the lid firmly down with one hand during operation.
HOW DO I CLEAN CRANK CHOP?
All of Crank Chop’s components are top rack dishwasher safe except the top lid. To clean the top lid, just rinse with water and wipe down with a sponge or damp cloth. Never submerge the lid in water.
