No. The Stay-Cool Handle is meant to remain a comfortable temperature when using the pan on your stovetop. Always use oven mitts when removing the pan from your oven.

The Red Copper™ Square Pan Set is oven safe up to 500°F. Every broiler is different, so if you are unsure of what your stove’s broiling temperature is, it is advised you check with the stove manufacturer first. Some broilers heat to 550°F, in which case using these square pans in the broiler is not recommended.

PFOA and PTFE are man-made plastic coatings found in most cheap non-stick cookware. While cooking with non-stick cookware made with these chemicals may not cause immediate concern, continual overheating could make the coating flake off into food.
